Coming back to wholeness

It's not about fixing something broken. It's about remembering and reclaiming who you were before you lost contact with your essential self.

Something has brought you here.

Maybe there's a relationship you'd like to change, a decision you're struggling to make, a growing pain in your body or heart that has become impossible to ignore, or a sense that the life you've built no longer reflects what matters most.

You might understand your situation clearly but still find it difficult to move forward. You might be looking for relief, a different perspective, practical tools, or a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.

Whatever brings you here, it's worth taking seriously.

Sometimes the next step is practical. Sometimes it involves seeing something you've overlooked, feeling something you've learned to avoid, or questioning an assumption you've carried for years.

You don't always need more information. Sometimes you need a devoted space to get honest about what's happening within you, reconnect with what matters, and develop the capacity to move beyond familiar patterns toward a life that feels more genuinely your own.

Have you reached a point where something in your life is asking to be met, shifted, or released so you can experience more creativity, agency, and aliveness?

“If the path ahead is clear, you’re probably on someone else’s.”
Carl Jung

I'm Soma Miller, a psycho-spiritual coach, trauma-informed somatic bodyworker, and licensed psilocybin facilitator.

I'm not your traditional academic. My education has been largely experiential. Much of what I know has come through practice, apprenticeship, disciplined study, relationship, and direct experience.

My path

My path has emerged from an intersection of curiosities, creative endeavors, and the necessity of my own healing and development. In my early twenties, I fell in love with the beauty and complexity of nature's design, immersed myself in yogic practice, and studied music, holistic wellness, and human relationships. Though these initially seemed like separate disciplines, I began to recognize patterns that ran through them all.

Years spent in ecological landscape design deepened my respect for the wisdom of nature. No living system can be understood by looking at a part in isolation. Soil, water, light, climate, and countless relationships shape what can grow. The work involves understanding those relationships and creating conditions in which life can thrive.

I've come to see a similar dynamic in human development. Our bodies, emotions, beliefs, and relationships are shaped by the conditions we've lived in. Many of the ways we struggle today began as adaptations that helped us survive, belong, or make sense of the world. What once served us may eventually constrain how we relate, what we believe is possible, and how fully we experience life.

Yoga and somatic and meditative practices have taught me to observe the relationship between body, being, and belief, and how consciousness can expand our sense of what's possible. Music has deepened my understanding of attuned listening, timing, collaboration, and the space required for something beautiful to emerge. Bodywork and relational practice have shown me how presence, honesty, and curiosity can create the conditions for old patterns to give way to new possibilities.

My own periods of suffering, loss, and profound change have led me to seek out men's circles, spiritual practice, psychedelic experiences, psychotherapy, and somatic modalities. Through these experiences, I've developed greater self-acceptance and a deeper trust in life as a mirror and teacher.

There have been times when the identities and beliefs I'd relied on no longer made sense. I had to find my own way through rather than reach for another cookie-cutter answer.

What informs my work

My work draws on different modalities and traditions, but no single ideology or doctrine defines it. What connects them is a commitment to direct experience, an appreciation for the complexity and paradox of being human, and a willingness to keep discovering what becomes possible when we meet ourselves and our lives with greater honesty, curiosity, and attunement.

My intention is to create a space where you can do the same.
